Make a Retroism folder under your C:\Program Files (x86)\.

Look at the properties of shortcut "Launch Falcon 4.0" in your Falcon 4.0 folder under steam->common->Falcon 4.0 I'm running windows 7 64-bit with intel based system and nvidia GTX580 which is probably mucho overkill for this game. Those of you old farts, like me, that used systems back in the 90's could probably figure this out. So this game will work right from steam without having to program anything or "hack" executables or data files.
